The previously shipped equipment has already arrived and been cleared from customs, praise God! We've also added two more members to the team, one of which is an electrician. They will only join us for a week, but it will be a great help in trying to accomplish 4 complex installs in just 3 weeks. Things are really shaping up and I'm getting excited :D It's been months since my last mission. We take off next Tuesday. Keep us in your prayers !!
Well, we're down to crunch week for the Haiti mission. I've been reviewing the parts lists for the 4 different systems we will be installing and placing orders for the extra parts needed. There are now 6 or 7 boxes of stuff coming my way in addition to the 3 I've already received. And I'll be hitting the electrical supply store tomorrow and probably a hardware store on Monday. I'm pretty certain I'm already over the 50lb limit on my check-in, so it looks like I'll be paying for a second bad. And that's not including clothes; I have learned how to get 3 weeks worth of mission clothes into a single carry-on :D
