Ok. Hopefully I will get the other photos for this trip and be able to post an album soon. Unfortunately there won't be many since neither Allen or I had much time for taking photos. And yes, I know I still need to post pics for the Mexico trip. There I have the opposite problem. We had several photographers on that mission and I have a couple thousand photos to go through ....... I also need to do the expense reports and get out thank you cards to my sponsors. It is my goal to get all this done before the next mission ... which is in less than 3 weeks. Oh yea, and I also need to raise funds for the next mission. Sooo pray for me :D

Going to Mexico tomorrow with my sweet husband !! So Excited :D The past week has been crazy since we had to scramble to re-purchase all the equipment that was shipped in advance. The previously shipped equipment never made it past Miami due to an outrageous quote for customs in Mexico. That equipment will go to Honduras for our future projects there. We'll see you on the flip side :)

SLP announces the next mission to Mexico: A new SonLight Power mission trip is on the horizon. SonLight Power will make an immediate and sustained impact in the lives of disadvantaged children, youth, and families in the Mexican state of Chiapas. In collaboration with Save the Children Mexico and Enlace, SLP will install solar power systems at six remote schools in communities with no access to the electrical grid and where the cost of grid access is a deterrent to sustained use. Multiple generations, including an estimated 30,000+ lives, will be impacted over the lifetime of the solar power systems. The P&G Fund is supporting the work of SonLight Power to bring light to children and their families in Mexico. You can read more here.  Gearing up for our next mission.
